Let me show you my school. This is where I get to spend every other week (it is a one on/one off schedule since you have to live at the school for the week you teach). There are some rooms above the school, along with the kitchen (see the last picture). This is what I call my Mountain Home with the apartment in Kensheng being my Townhouse.
As a visitor coming you will first be greeted by this wonderful sign and welcoming gate. Next you would head down some stairs and then see the school out in front of you. Since the school is built on a hillside it does not have a lot of space for fields and the like. The field you see here is the only outdoor flat space for us to use with the kids.
The classrooms are very bright and cheery with wonderful murals and lots of windows. Matter of fact the cafeteria (the picture where you are look through a bunch of windows to the outdoors) is essentially just made up of windows on all sides. I think the designer did a good job on making this a modern school.
